"account": "Anonymous complaints about Tanjong Pagar Distripark music events have been labeled as absurd and false by the venue's organizer, Mapletree. Tanjong Pagar Distripark (TPD) has been the site of several live events in recent years, including beer festivals, art exhibitions, and Japanese dance music fests. However, on October 30, TPD announced a pause on all outdoor music events due to concerns that loud music might cause nuisance to the surrounding community. This decision came after an anonymous complainant emailed various government agencies, TPD tenants, and the building management, claiming that the events were causing disturbance for the neighborhood. The complainant, who signed off as \"Singapore resident\" and claimed to be staying at the residential area opposite TPD, made multiple complaints over the following months. Despite attempts to arrange a meeting and mediate the situation, the complainant never responded and instead threatened to raise the issue to the media and take legal action. In response to the complaints, Ice Cream Sundays, one of the event organizers, took various precautions before their October 3 event, including moving the outdoor segment to a location further within the compound to reduce noise.",
