"account": "The Baltimore Ravens have bolstered their quarterback depth after the devastating injury to their star Lamar Jackson. The quarterback suffered a right thumb injury in Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills, which has forced him into surgery, and could potentially end his season. Jackson's injury has elevated the importance of Tyler Huntley, who has also been injured recently. In response to these setbacks, the Ravens have signed quarterback Austin Reed to their practice squad. Reed, who spent part of the season on the Ravens' training camp roster, has yet to play in an NFL regular season game. However, his addition could provide the Ravens with much-needed quarterback depth, a significant need following the recurrence of injuries to their key players. Reed, previously a member of the Chicago Bears' practice squad from 2024 to 2025, has also had a stint in the UFL with the Dallas Renegades.",
