"account": "The leader of the Victorian branch of One Nation has condemned an alleged assault on a volunteer in Torquay. Warren Pickering stated that the volunteer was attacked with a baseball bat after an altercation over One Nation signs at their residence. Two males were arrested in connection with the incident, with a 37-year-old man facing assault charges and set to appear in court on November 10. The 14-year-old boy involved was given a caution. The 60-year-old volunteer suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized. Pickering emphasized that any form of political violence or intimidation is unacceptable, stating that if one disagrees with someone's politics, they should vote accordingly instead of resorting to assault. The leader expressed sympathy for the victim and his family, describing the attack as un-Australian and unacceptable. The alleged assault occurred on Sunday night, coinciding with another vandalism incident involving anti-One Nation slogans spray-painted on a pub in Ballarat East.",
