"account": "On Monday, Nov. 2, most regional golf action in Polk County was postponed due to rain. However, the Class 1A girls golf tournament was still held at The Legends at Orange Lake Resort Golf Course. Polk County team Frostproof, led by junior Hannah Castillo, who was named 2025 Golfer of the Year All-County by The Ledger, secured a fifth-place finish with a total score of 334. Freshman Sophia Laman placed 27th, freshman Faith Grant was 22nd, and eighth-grader Kayden Albritton was 43rd. The George Jenkins boys team, district 3A champions, will resume play at 8 a.m. on Tuesday after their match at The Legends at Orange Lake Resort Golf Course. Coach Paul Weaver acknowledged that adjustments are a normal part of golf, especially as a fall sport, and his team is prepared to adapt to the changing conditions. Other golf matches that were postponed include Class 3A boys at Royal St. Cloud Golf Links in St. Cloud on Monday, and scheduled for Tuesday at Cove Cay, boys 1A, boys 2A, and girls 2A.",
