"account": "WINNIPEG - Winnipeg police are urging parents and guardians to examine their children's Halloween candy after receiving reports of metal objects embedded inside. Two separate incidents have been reported, one in Winnipeg's southeast and another in the northwest. Both involved straight pins found in mini chocolate bars. This adds to other cases in Canada, such as Ontario and Quebec, where sharp metal objects were found in candy. Winnipeg police advise anyone who discovers a similar situation to report it to their non-emergency line.",
