The purpose of the investigation is to determine the actual circumstances and assess whether any violations took place. Law enforcement agencies are working to provide an independent legal assessment. If violations are found, those responsible will be held accountable. Relatives and members of the public have been granted access to the building and have spoken with those inside. No additional requests for medical assistance have been received yet. So far, no one has been reported dead or detained unlawfully. Some servicemen from the National Guard's units are being treated for injuries at a hospital.
