"account": "Former lawyer Victoria Bright has urged for a thorough investigation into financial networks involved in international drug trafficking, stating that arresting drug transporters alone is insufficient to curb the trade. She expressed concern over the increasing frequency and quantity of narcotics, warning that without targeting those financing and organizing the operations, the issue will persist. Bright pointed out that the arrested Syrian national was part of an organized scheme, having returned to Ghana within a week to collect another consignment. She questioned the identities of those supplying, financing, and receiving the drugs, and emphasized that financial investigations are crucial to unraveling the operations. Her comments came after the arrest of the suspect at Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Lebanon, with an alleged 40 kilogrammes of suspected cocaine from Ghana.",
"summary": "Private legal practitioner Victoria Bright has called for a comprehensive investigation into the financial networks behind international drug trafficking, warning that arresting individuals transporting narcotics without pursuing those financing the operations will do little to stop the trade.",
