"account": "On Monday, the NTR district administration went on high alert due to the potential for significant rainfall from Severe Cyclonic Storm Murasu in the Budameru catchment areas. Collector G. Lakshmisha personally inspected the Gudavalli and Enikepadu regions along the Budameru river, assessing water flow and ground conditions. Following the inspection, he convened a review meeting with department heads and issued critical directives.\n\nThe Collector emphasized the importance of maintaining unobstructed floodwater flow, even if heavy rains enter the catchment areas. He instructed officials to clear water hyacinth and other debris from culverts and bridges to ensure smooth water movement. Lakshmisha urged irrigation, revenue, and municipal personnel to remain vigilant in the field and keep sandbags on standby for vulnerable embankments. He reassured residents that no panic was necessary and the district administration would be available 24/7 to handle emergencies.\n\nLakshmisha requested the public to rely solely on official government updates and warned against spreading rumors or misinformation on social media. For any assistance, residents could contact the Collectorate control room at 9154970454.",
