"account": "Former Edo North Senator Adams Oshiomhole has criticized the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, alleging that Atiku resides in Dubai and only returns to Nigeria in the months preceding elections. Oshiomhole made these remarks during an All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign rally in Calabar, Cross River State. He claimed that Atiku does not live among the Nigerian people to empathize with their struggles, but instead, returns to the country to cast his vote. The former Vice President, according to Oshiomhole, has a pattern of living abroad and then returning to Nigeria to contest for the presidency. Oshiomhole stated, \"Atiku lives in Dubai. He comes to Nigeria on the eve of every election to contest. He does not live here. He does not understand the challenges Nigerians face daily.\" He also expressed that Atiku and other opposition leaders such as Peter Obi and Rotimi Amaechi are not united but are rather engaged in mutual rivalry, which could prove advantageous for President Bola Tinubu and the APC in the 2027 presidential election.",
