"account": "Qatar’s Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Organizing Committee for Qatar National Day, Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Thani, has revealed the National Day slogan for 2026: \"You Are the Nation's Treasure.\" This phrase was inspired by a historic address made by the late Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani when he transferred power to HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani.\n\nThe slogan pays homage to the values of belonging and contribution that have shaped Qatar throughout its history. Sheikh Abdulrahman emphasized that the people of Qatar are the true treasure, as they shoulder responsibility for their homeland and translate their sense of belonging into action, diligence, and sacrifice. These qualities have been the driving force behind Qatar's development and progress.\n\nThe slogan's significance is particularly poignant this year, as it marks the first National Day after the passing of the late Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. His legacy was one of placing the Qatari individual at the core of human development and recognizing that unity, collective resolve, and dedicated work are essential to protecting a nation.\n\nThroughout Qatar's journey, past generations have faced challenges with patience and solidarity, preserving the integrity of the land and social cohesion while paving the way for future generations. This spirit of resilience and sacrifice has been a cornerstone of the nation's development, with each stage building upon the foundations laid by those who came before.\n\nThe slogan reflects Qatar's continued commitment to honoring the legacy of its founders and upholding the pledge to safeguard the country's achievements. It underscores the nation's confidence in its people and the potential they hold to shape the future. As Qatar's renaissance continues, the people remain dedicated to translating their sense of belonging into action, ensuring a prosperous and stable future for generations to come.",
