"account": "A Thai food vendor has ignited controversy on social media following a video that allegedly depicts her using a knife to clean her toenails at a food stall, sparking concerns about food hygiene practices. The video was circulated online by a Russian tourist who playfully questioned whether anyone would still purchase food prepared with the same utensil, stating, \"Anyone want some fruit cut up? The knife is free now, if anyone needs it.\" The tourist added a lighthearted remark in Russian, wishing Thailand good fortune and its diverse culinary offerings. The post gained significant traction, garnering over 800,000 views and eliciting widespread disapproval from netizens. Many commenters voiced their shock at the vendor's actions, while others requested the stall's location, expressing a desire to avoid purchasing food from that establishment. The exact location of the stall remains unverified, and it is uncertain if the knife was subsequently utilized to prepare meals for other customers.
