"account": "Varun Suhag, a resident of Trump Towers in Gurugram, accused M3M Builders and the management of putting him and his family under house arrest. He claimed that the lift call button for his floor has been deactivated, preventing him and his family from accessing their apartment freely. Suhag also stated that delivery agents, guests, and his personal vehicles have been prevented from entering the apartment, causing him significant inconvenience. The situation has become particularly concerning for Suhag as his mother is a heart patient and his 1-year-old child could require immediate medical attention. He has requested the management to rectify the issues, warning that he may have to take legal action if the matter is not resolved promptly.",
