"account": "Tanjong Pagar Distripark, a vibrant arts cluster in Singapore, has temporarily halted outdoor music events due to noise complaints from neighboring residents. The Keppel Road venue, owned by Mapletree, was previously popular for large-scale events due to its capacity and accessibility. Independent music collective Cream Team, which has been hosting Ice Cream Sundays since 2023, received a notification on October 16 that they could no longer hold such events at the venue. Co-founder Jake Camacho informed CNA that the group was told tighter restrictions would make outdoor music-related events impossible for the foreseeable future. Despite efforts to reduce noise, such as moving the event location and adjusting speaker configurations, the venue owners informed Cream Team that events like Ice Cream Sundays were no longer feasible. Organisers at Distripark expressed disappointment, noting that finding alternative venues at affordable rates is becoming increasingly difficult for independent music organizers.",
