"account": "Nine individuals, including a woman, were apprehended following a dispute over business jurisdiction outside a cafe in Desa Tun Razak, Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, last night. The suspects, aged between 16 and 44, were apprehended by a team from the Sungai Besi police station's Mobile Patrol Vehicle unit and the Cheras police headquarters Criminal Investigation Division. Initial investigations revealed the altercation was sparked by a disagreement over control of a business area. Police swiftly acted, arresting eight men and a woman near the scene, identifying two primary suspects in the case. According to Datuk Fadil Marsus, the Kuala Lumpur police chief, background checks indicated most suspects had prior criminal and drug records. Police also seized items potentially used in the confrontation. The case is under investigation for rioting with a weapon under Section 148 of the Penal Code.",
