"account": "Patrick Mahomes has admitted that the Kansas City Chiefs are facing a fight to regain control of the AFC West following two consecutive losses. The team currently sits at 5-2, but dropped their spot in the division after a heartbreaking defeat against the Denver Broncos. The loss came after a late false start penalty cost the Chiefs a potential game-winning touchdown. Mahomes warned that the division race had become increasingly competitive and emphasized the importance of concentrating on each game individually. He felt his team demonstrated more determination against Denver than during their previous loss to the Seattle Seahawks. However, both losses are disheartening. This defeat marks Kansas City's fourth consecutive loss to Denver in their last five meetings, with only a win in the season opener. The Chiefs need to turn their performances into results to stay in contention as the division race intensifies. They have a chance to bounce back against the New York Jets in Week 9 before facing a difficult run that includes the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Rams, Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers.",
