"account": "The satirical documentary \"Ladies and Gentlemen, Brian Mulroney\" has won the $25,000 WIFF Prize in Canadian Film at the Windsor International Film Festival. The film, directed by Winnipeg-born Matthew Rankin, is a highly-stylized, technicolor exploration of political celebrity, blending archival footage of Mulroney with multi-media collage elements. The documentary, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, beat out other Canadian works including \"Nina Roza\" and \"Haunted.\" The WIFF jury praised the film for its \"uniquely Canadian voice, intelligence and humour.\"",
