"account": "Veteran Umno leader Shahrizat Abdul Jalil has urged Barisan Nasional (BN) representatives to remain engaged with their constituents between election periods. She cited Mohd Noor Helmy, the Duyong incumbent, as an example of a representative who remained accessible and addressed residents' concerns throughout his term. Shahrizat, an Umno Supreme Council member, visited Duyong to witness this firsthand during the Ziarah HAWAcare program. She observed that Mohd Noor Helmy went beyond election season to serve his community, constantly engaging with residents regardless of his workload. This commitment to hard work and direct interaction with people, even outside election times, sets him apart. Shahrizat emphasized that BN's political culture should instill the same dedication to serving people continuously, not just during election seasons. She stressed that public support hinges on voters' perception of a party's manifesto, services, policies, and leadership, necessitating the representatives' availability and willingness to sacrifice time and energy for the community. Shahrizat believes Mohd Noor Helmy's exemplary service can serve as an example not just for Melaka but for the entire country.",
