"account": "Cyclone 'Murasu' has formed over the Bay of Bengal, prompting the Odisha government to raise the alert level in the southern region of the state. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that the storm is expected to make landfall on the Andhra Pradesh coast on November 3. With wind speeds ranging from 100-110 kmph, gusting up to 120 kmph, 'Murasu' is anticipated to intensify into a very severe cyclonic storm. Odisha's Disaster Management Minister, Suresh Pujari, has already declared a high alert, while the evacuation of residents from low-lying areas and hilly terrain has been ordered. Meteorological Centre Director, Manorama Mohanty, announced that Odisha will experience rainfall from November 2, with the intensity of the rain expected to escalate on November 3 and November 4 due to the influence of the cyclone.",
