"account": "Two Kuki-Zo youths, aged 20, have been discovered dead in Manipur's Senapati district, raising concerns amid escalating tensions. The individuals, identified as Paoginlal Hangsing and Tinginlun Chongloi, went missing from Taphou Kuki village on October 28. Their bodies were located in the region east of National Highway-2 along Senapati Phaibung Road, following intense search operations involving various security forces. The Committee on Tribal Unity (CoTU), Sadar Hills, had previously called for a 48-hour shutdown in Kangpokpi district, where the youths were discovered, demanding their safe return. The shutdown remained in effect as police completed necessary legal procedures and vowed to continue investigations into the circumstances surrounding the youths' deaths and the identities of those responsible.",
