"account": "Moscow reported a significant drone attack on an industrial enterprise east of the capital overnight, following Ukraine's claim of hitting a major oil refinery. Governor Gleb Nikitin of Nizhny Novgorod region stated that more than 100 drones were destroyed, with no casualties reported. The exact nature of the plant's operations was not specified. Meanwhile, Ukrainian sources reported an attack on the Kstovo oil refinery, describing it as one of Russia's largest, producing fuel and lubricants. Russia had previously accused Ukraine of resuming strikes on its oil refineries after a pause, alleging attacks on three refineries and one gas-chemical complex. Ukraine has been retaliating against Russia for its attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure since the country's offensive in February 2022. US President Donald Trump had urged Kyiv to cease such strikes, citing their impact on diesel prices.",
