"account": "Jailer 2, the Rajinikanth-starrer directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has reached a remarkable Rs 790 crore mark at the box office on its 17th day. Despite a noticeable dip in daily collections throughout the week, the film saw a substantial surge on Day 17, with a staggering 70% increase from the previous day. According to Sacnilk, Jailer 2 collected Rs 9.35 crore on Saturday, bringing its overall India gross to Rs 520.35 crore and net collection to Rs 444.75 crore. In the worldwide market, the movie has grossed over Rs 790.85 crore. The Tamil version led the box office on Day 17, earning Rs 6.70 crore from 4,199 shows, while the Hindi and Telugu versions collected Rs 1.45 crore and Rs 90 lakh respectively from 3,549 and 801 shows. The Kannada version contributed Rs 30 lakh from 189 shows. With ticket sales totaling 3,00,11,397 during its theatrical run, Jailer 2 fans are optimistic that it could become the first Tamil film to enter the Rs 1,000 crore club. However, the challenge of surpassing this milestone looms as Ramayana is set to release on November 5, potentially impacting Jailer 2's performance in its second week. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film stars Rajinikanth alongside an ensemble cast including SJ Suryah, Mithun Chakraborty, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Ramya Krishnan, Vidya Balan, and guest appearances by Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, Jackie Shroff, and Hrithik Roshan.",
