"account": "Valentin Vacherot of Monaco stunned expectations by defeating American Taylor Fritz in a hard-fought 7-6 (7/5) 6-4 semi-final at the Basel ATP 500 tennis tournament on Saturday. The 27-year-old, who was making his second ATP Tour-level final appearance, outplayed Fritz after trailing 4-1 in the opening set tiebreak. Vacherot dominated the second set, breaking Fritz at 4-3, and sealed the match. His win propels him into the final, where he will clash with Czech Jiri Lehecka, who also defeated Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff 3-6, 7-5, 6-4. Lehecka, three years younger than Vacherot, has reached eight tour finals but lost his last four championship matches, including two at the Miami Masters 1000 and the ATP 500 event in Tokyo. The two previous meetings between Vacherot and Lehecka took place at the Paris Masters 1000 last year and the Tokyo semifinals earlier this month.",
