"summary": "The Ghana Education Service (GES) is currently investigating an alleged assault on a student by two teachers at Techiman Senior High School, following the circulation of a disturbing video depicting the incident. In a statement released on October 31, 2026, GES described the video as \"disturbing\" and identified the involved educators as Mr Jerry Jones Owusu Bekoe and Mr Adusa Ameyaw. The school's disciplinary committee has initiated its first hearing, with the findings expected to be forwarded to management by the Regional Directorate in the coming days, to determine the appropriate course of action. The affected student, a final-year Agricultural Science student, has been provided with medical attention and is reportedly responding well to treatment. GES has urged the public to maintain composure as the investigation proceeds.",
