"account": "Iran's top diplomat stated on Saturday that there are no plans to engage in talks with the United States, despite rising tensions and the prospect of renewed conflict. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi emphasized that Iran has already communicated its conditions to mediators, and discussions on these conditions are ongoing. Araghchi confirmed receipt of a letter from US Vice President J.D. Vance, which has been reviewed and discussed in high-level meetings. The minister cautioned that any attempt to create discord by Washington would be a further misstep, echoing past American errors. In a separate statement, Iran's supreme leader warned the US and Israel against launching new attacks following threats of renewed military action. Trump has suggested he may act again after midterm elections on Tuesday. If the adversaries resume military or terrorist actions, Iran's military and nation will decide the timing and conditions for ending the conflict, Khamenei stated. The supreme leader ordered military commanders to update Iran's target list to encompass all American and Israeli assets. Iran has previously threatened to sever undersea cables in the Strait of Hormuz, which already restricts shipping traffic and has driven up global energy prices. The conflict began on February 28 with US-Israeli strikes on Iran, leading to a swift Iranian retaliation against American assets. Recent diplomatic efforts, including Qatari mediation, aim to prevent further hostilities, but a lasting solution remains elusive.",
