"account": "Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has emphasized the need for schools to implement strict measures against bullying, highlighting the importance of moral values and good manners in students' development. In a recent directive, the education ministry has been instructed to take decisive action against instances of bullying, including those leading to suicide, abuse, and other harmful behaviors. Anwar stressed that academic success alone is not enough; pupils must also be taught respect, responsibility, and proper conduct from an early age. He pointed out that cases of bullying demonstrate the necessity of enhancing character development and moral education within the education system. The prime minister urged teachers and educators to play a crucial role in safeguarding children's well-being. Additionally, Anwar underscored the significance of religious education, advocating for a comprehensive understanding of the Quran, the practice of prayers, and respect for parents, teachers, and peers. He further noted that tackling social issues such as drug abuse and crime necessitates a holistic approach to ensure young individuals grow up in a nurturing environment.",
