"account": "In a humanitarian mission from temporarily occupied Oleshky in Kherson region, civilians, including their pets, were evacuated successfully, according to Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets. The mission concluded on Saturday, with the Ombudsperson confirming the presence of residents ranging from 94 years old to just over a year old. Alongside humans, dogs, cats, a parrot, and even a raccoon were successfully evacuated. The ceasefire mode established for the operation will remain in place until November 1, 22:59, marking the longest ceasefire observed by both sides since 2022. Lubinets expressed hope that the lessons learned from this mission will pave the way for a new response mechanism to humanitarian crises. Gratitude was extended to U.S First Lady Melania Trump, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, MP Davyd Arakhamia, Defense Forces of Ukraine, and Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova for their assistance in organizing the mission.",
