"account": "Eight Taiwanese nationals were detained in a sting operation involving alleged internet-based scams pretending to be Hong Kong police officers, according to Malaysian police forces. The suspects, aged between 19 and 43 years, were apprehended at two luxurious apartments on Thursday evening, along with 69 mobile phones, five stolen computers, and two stolen Hong Kong police uniforms. Police Chief Dang Wangi Ahmad Azwan Amin Nordin stated that the group is accused of pretending to be Hong Kong police officers to scam victims from Taiwan. The initial investigation suggests that the syndicate has been operating for about five months, utilizing local internet access. He added that all suspects have been held for four days, starting from November 2, to aid the investigation under Section 420/511 of the Penal Code. The public is urged to contact Dang Wangi at 03-2600 2222 or their nearest police station with any relevant information related to the incident.",
