"account": "Kota Bharu, October 31 — Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has instructed the Education Ministry to take strong measures against school bullying following increasing worries about children's safety and welfare. He highlighted incidents including child suicide, abuse, and bullying as proof of the need to enhance character development and moral values from a young age. Anwar stressed that merely achieving academic success is not enough, emphasizing that education must also teach students good manners, respect, and a sense of responsibility. \"Bullying and humiliating others indicate that there are still gaps in instilling values and proper conduct in our education system,\" he said during the launch of the Kelantan Entrepreneur Revival Scheme. Anwar also underscored the significance of religious education, including comprehending and practicing Quranic teachings, prayers, and respecting parents, teachers, and peers. He stated that tackling social issues like drug abuse and crime necessitates a comprehensive strategy to ensure young individuals grow up in a healthy environment.",
