"account": "Kuala Lumpur police have arrested 18 Taiwanese individuals accused of running an online scam, pretending to be Hong Kong police officers. The arrests took place on Thursday evening during a raid on two upscale apartment buildings. Detective Chief Inspector Ahmad Azwan Amin Nordin stated that 17 men and one woman, aged between 19 and 43, were taken into custody. Police recovered 69 mobile phones, five laptops, and two sets of Hong Kong police uniforms. The suspects are believed to be cheating victims in Hong Kong by posing as police officers. Investigations suggest the syndicate has been active for about five months, using local internet access. The suspects have been held for four days under Section 420/511 of the Penal Code and are being given until November 2 to aid the investigation. The public is encouraged to report any information related to this type of activity to the Dang Wangi District Police Headquarters or any nearby police station.",
