"account": "Texas Longhorns guard Bryanna Preston (1) and Addison Bjorn (4) went head-to-head against Baylor Bears guard Tianna Thompson (35) and forward Reese Ross (20) during a Texas preseason exhibition game at The Moody Center in Austin on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2026. Texas ultimately secured a 85-64 victory over Baylor, with SEC preseason honors Madison Booker and Breya Cunningham each scoring 12 points. Zya Vann of Texas made all six of her 3-point attempts. The matchup came about when Texas head coach Vic Schaefer reached out to Baylor coach Nicki Collen, who had previously inquired about a scrimmage, after Eastern New Mexico, a Division II team scheduled to play three consecutive exhibition games on the same nights as Baylor, was deemed uncompetitive due to depth issues.",
