"account": "HBO's Big Little Lies is set to start production on its highly anticipated third season after a one-day shoot in California, before going back on hiatus until 2027. The limited series, known for its star-studded cast and unique narrative style, faced numerous production challenges, including limited availability of lead actors Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Laura Dern, and Meryl Streep. These scheduling difficulties led to speculation that a third season was unlikely, but HBO CEO Casey Bloys later confirmed that the show would indeed return. The decision was influenced by the release of the third novel in the series, authored by Liane Moriarty. California's state tax credit program has also played a significant role in the show's resurgence, with Governor Gavin Newsom doubling the allocation for these credits from $330 million to $750 million to attract productions away from other states. Despite the series' popularity, a third season was initially deemed unrealistic, but the show's creators and network have reevaluated their stance, leading to the return of Big Little Lies.",
