"account": "The top federal prosecutor in Alaska, Michael J. Heyman, announced on Friday that a criminal investigation is underway over an alleged scheme to confuse voters by putting a Senate candidate on the ballot with the same name as the Republican incumbent, Dan J. Sullivan. Heyman did not disclose the specific crimes authorities are targeting or the individuals under scrutiny, but stated that the public is encouraged to provide any tips that could assist investigators. The investigation follows reports from The New York Times suggesting that Peltola's campaign may have been involved in recruiting Sullivan as part of an effort to create voter confusion. Peltola has denied knowledge of the alleged scheme.",
