"account": "Lando Norris emphasizes that he never blames equipment when a teammate beats him, instead focusing on his own performance. The McLaren driver stated that he always looks to himself first when he loses a race. Norris and his teammate Oscar Piastri have struggled with the car in recent races, but Norris still holds himself accountable for not achieving a perfect lap in the final stages of qualifying. Even though the car might be more suited to his teammate, Kimi Antonelli, Norris acknowledges that he must improve his own driving skills. He believes that adaptability is crucial for success in racing and that he needs to learn how to adjust to different situations. Norris' philosophy is to always strive to do his best, regardless of the circumstances, and not to make excuses for his performance.",
