"account": "Google is currently deploying software updates to a variety of Nest Cam and Doorbell models within its smart home portfolio. This initiative is part of the company's ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving its product offerings. Six specific models are targeted by these updates.\n\nThe list of devices receiving these updates encompasses several older versions of Nest Cam and Doorbell products. It's important to note that these updates are only accessible to users who have transferred their older Nest devices to the Google Home app, a move that has been made available to all users and devices for an extended period.\n\nInterestingly, Google identifies the Nest Hello, the company's original doorbell camera, as \"Nest Doorbell (wired, 1st gen)\" in its communications. This rebranding reflects Google's efforts to streamline its product naming conventions.\n\nThe software updates come with several enhancements. These improvements include more reliable Wi-Fi reconnections, quicker transition between Night Vision settings, and a correction to the status light on Nest Cam IQ. These updates are being rolled out currently and will install automatically in the background without any action required from the user.",
