"account": "Instagram is exploring the potential of long-form video content on its platform with the introduction of a new feature allowing users to post horizontal videos up to 90 minutes long. This move, announced by Instagram’s chief Adam Mosseri on October 26, has the potential to reshape the way users, creators, and even streaming competitors operate on the social media platform. Mosseri demonstrated the new feature, sharing a six-minute-long horizontal video on his own Instagram account as a live example. The terms and conditions for this feature require comments to be in English and written in full sentences, prohibiting any abusive or personal language. The community guidelines for engaging with comments are strictly enforced. The social media giant has migrated to a new commenting platform, and existing registered users can continue to interact with articles while new users must register and log in to participate.",
