"account": "Melaka state election officials have reported that 189 nomination forms have been sold as of October 30, with 45 candidates having paid their deposits, according to EC chairman Datuk Seri Ramlan Harun. From 9 am to 10 am tomorrow, 28 nomination centres will open across the state for the nomination process. To ensure a smooth process, Ramlan urges all prospective candidates to arrive early for thorough document verification. The EC has set November 14 as the polling day for the state election, with nomination on October 31 and early voting on November 10. Election officials are confident in the process after a simulation in Paya Rumput, where all returning officers and staff at the 28 nomination centres have received adequate training. The Malaysian Meteorological Department forecasts fair weather for the nomination day, hoping for a disruption-free election.",
