"summary": "Thailand has revoked the citizenship of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Kantor, head of the Chabad community in Thailand, after Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul signed an order on October 28. The decision comes amid ongoing investigations and raids targeting Chabad institutions, including a synagogue reconstruction project in Bangkok. The revocation is based on Kantor's continued use of his American citizenship, despite becoming a naturalized Thai citizen in 2013, and is in line with Section 19(2) of Thailand's Nationality Act. The move follows a series of raids by Thailand's Department of Special Investigation, which seized documents and examined various aspects of Chabad's operations, including funding sources and business registrations.",
