"summary": "Samson Adamu has been confirmed as the substantive General Secretary of the Confederation of African Football (CAF). According to Premium Times, Adamu is the first Nigerian to hold this position in the organization's 70-year history.\n\nSeparately, Punch reports that a Nigerian named Onoriode Ezewu has been included on the United States Department of Labour’s inaugural Most Wanted List. Ezewu is wanted for concealment money laundering related to fraudulent unemployment benefit and Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims exceeding $1 million.\n\nThe US Department of Labour’s Office of Inspector General identified 16 fugitives on the list, involving cases that collectively involve more than $55 million allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. Ezewu's profile states he is believed to be residing in Nigeria and was charged in January 2021 with 15 counts of concealment money laundering. An arrest warrant was issued after Ezewu allegedly violated the conditions of his pre-trial release.",
