"account": "US Senator Chris Murphy has been briefed on President Trump's plans to restart the war against Iran and has described the proposal as \"insane\". Murphy, who is a member of the Senate Foreign Relations and Appropriations committees, spoke at an event organized by the Middle East Institute in Washington, DC, on Wednesday. He stated that the plan, which could target civilian infrastructure, would lead to \"devastating escalation\" and undermine the rule of law. Murphy's comments come after reports that the US has warned several Gulf Arab countries to prepare for a short, intense military offensive against Iran after the US midterm elections on November 3. Murphy's visit to the Middle East, including Qatar and Saudi Arabia, is his first as a Democratic senator since the US-Israeli war on Iran began on February 28. He met with leaders like Qatar's Emir and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and his trip provided him with first-hand insight into the war's impact on the region and the US's cover-up of the war's costs.",
