"account": "American YouTuber and professional boxer Jake Paul announced his return to the ring on December 24, 2025, in Dubai, nearly a year after suffering a knockout loss to former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. The 29-year-old confirmed he would headline a Christmas Eve boxing event, though his opponent had not been officially named at the time of his announcement. Paul, who has not fought since the sixth-round knockout by Joshua in Miami on December 19, 2025, revealed he suffered a fractured jaw and underwent multiple surgeries. Despite the setback, Paul maintained his confidence, stating, \"All I want for Christmas Eve is boxing in Dubai. I’ve spent years proving people wrong, taking risks, and pushing myself against opponents nobody thought I’d face. Nothing that’s happened has changed my belief in myself or what I’m working toward.\"\n\nPaul expressed his eagerness to return to the sport, declaring, \"I’m hungrier than ever, and on Thursday, December 24, I’m returning to the ring in Dubai to start the next chapter of my journey.\" He added, \"We’ve got plenty of names on the list; let’s see who signs the contract. Merry Christmas, Dubai. Santa Paul is coming to town, and somebody’s getting knocked out.\"\n\nMost Valuable Promotions, Paul's promotional company, stated that additional details, including his opponent, would be revealed in the coming weeks. Paul's professional record stands at 12 wins and 2 defeats, with his only losses coming against Joshua and British boxer Tommy Fury.",
