"account": "Demining efforts for the humanitarian mission in Oleshky, located in the Kherson region, have been successfully completed, according to Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets. The humanitarian convoy is now assembled and prepared for departure, he reported on Thursday evening via Telegram. Lubinets stated that the convoy will arrive at the central hospital, and all citizens will receive the necessary assistance. Those wishing to depart will have until 14:00 to do so, with all security measures in place. Distribution of humanitarian aid will commence after 14:30. The mission involves delegations from Ukraine, the Russian Federation, and the United States of America, with journalists from the three nations present. The Ukrainian, Russian, and American representatives are coordinating efforts under the leadership of U.S. First Lady Melania Trump. Lubinets expressed gratitude to the First Lady for her personal involvement and mediation, crediting her with helping to secure important humanitarian agreements. He emphasized that the mission prioritizes the lives and safety of the civilian population, working closely with Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova to implement these agreements.",
