"account": "Striker Ivan Toney, 30, will be tried in 2028 for allegedly assaulting Saber Da Silva at a London nightclub. The incident occurred on December 6, 2025, at Wardour Street club in Soho. Toney, representing England during the World Cup this summer, pleaded not guilty at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday. Judge Christopher Hehir informed Toney about the significant delay due to the court's heavy workload and set the trial for June 12, 2028. Toney was released on unconditional bail following the hearing. The trial coincides with the men's European Championship group stages, being held in England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.",
