"account": "Ahead of the holiday season, Amazon has enhanced Alexa with over 100 new shopping-related features, ranging from subscription and list management to updating delivery instructions and resolving payment issues. This update allows users to leverage Alexa to create shopping lists, register and view their contents, add or modify items, and manage subscriptions. For instance, users can ask Alexa to alter delivery schedules for items from monthly to every three months or adjust the address or add drop-off details. Additionally, Alexa can now provide information about Prime or Audible subscriptions, as well as address billing or payment concerns. Amazon has been rolling out AI-focused shopping features this year, including a shopping assistant and a system to alert users about new products and offers. Since the beginning of the year, the number of individuals utilizing agentic features has increased by eight times, and over the past year, more than 400 million consumers have employed Alexa for shopping purposes.",
"summary": "The update allows you to use Alexa to create lists, register them, see what's on them, and add or edit items. You can also manage subscriptions with the AI bot.",
