"account": "Charles Barkley delivered a tearful tribute to his co-host Ernie Johnson during the final episode of \"Inside the NBA\" as Johnson confirmed his exit after the 2026-27 season. Johnson, 70, announced that he would be leaving the show after his 37th season hosting the program, stating it was a \"totally my decision.\" Barkley, who joined the team in 2000, expressed his gratitude and pride in working with Johnson, calling him the group's \"unquestionable leader.\" Barkley's decision to stay was directly influenced by Johnson's announcement, as it removed any doubt about his own future on the show. Barkley thanked Johnson, saying, \"And I say, 'Man, he's better than that.'\" The TNT host then called for a standing ovation, acknowledging the significance of this farewell season for both himself and Johnson.",
