"account": "Renowned British-American sitarist Anoushka Shankar expressed frustration towards event promoter Shiraz Projects following the cancellation of her Kuala Lumpur concert. The performance had been slated for October 4th at the Plenary Hall, marking her first appearance in the city in over ten years. However, the show was abruptly halted due to \"circumstances beyond our control,\" according to the promoter.\n\nIn an Instagram post, Anoushka detailed her attempts to reach out to Shiraz Projects for clarification, only to find the company largely unresponsive. \"Shiraz Projects has completely gone silent and is refusing to answer any of our calls, emails or messages,\" she stated. The cancellation left her team grappling with unresolved contractual issues, among them non-payment for the show by Shiraz Projects and an outstanding debt to the ticketing company.\n\nAnoushka emphasized that such conduct from promoters is deeply infuriating, undermining not just artists and crew members but also the audience who invest both time and money into live performances. She urged ticket holders to contact Ticket2U and their respective banks to seek refunds, and encouraged netizens to voice their concerns about the situation by tagging relevant social media accounts in her post.",
