"summary": "The Torrevieja City Council has cancelled its Halloween parade and suspended all municipal events for three days following the tragic train accident in Toledo. Mayor Eduardo Dolón issued a decree suspending council-organised activities from October 29 to October 31, in line with the official mourning period declared by the Spanish Government. The suspension includes the postponement of the fourth Meeting of Associations and the Health Fair, as well as the cancellation of the popular Halloween parade scheduled for October 31. The city also paid tribute to the victims with a minute's silence in Plaza de la Constitución on October 28.",
