"account": "In a letter to Iran's national security chief Mohsen Rezaei, US Vice President Joe Biden emphasized that negotiations to prevent potential US strikes would necessitate discussions on the nuclear issue, according to Axios. The letter, which Trump found \"enthusiastic\" about, centered on the possibility of restarting ceasefire talks between the US and Iran. Axios reported that this represents the highest-level outreach from Washington to Tehran in months, occurring as Trump evaluates the resumption of strikes on Iran post the approaching US midterm elections. Rezaei, a key national security figure in Iran, has a direct line of communication to Supreme Leader Khamenei.",
