"account": "A British grandmother lost her life in a desperate rescue attempt at Cavalleria beach on the north coast of Menorca. The incident occurred as her granddaughter, aged 10, was struggling in the sea after her inflatable boat overturned near rocks. The grandmother and her husband entered the water to save their granddaughter, while her mother also joined the rescue. Tragically, the grandmother succumbed to her injuries, while her granddaughter and mother required medical attention. The family had been on holiday in Menorca and were set to return home the following day. Local reports explain that the seasonal rescue service had ceased on October 15, two weeks prior to the tragedy. The Guardia Civil is now leading the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the drowning.",
