"summary": "Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen has expressed his full conviction in French winger Michael Olise winning the prestigious Ballon d'Or award in the future. Dreesen stated that he is \"100% convinced\" that Olise will achieve this feat at some point in his career, drawing parallels to the success of fellow Bayern player Harry Kane. The CEO emphasized that individual success for a player is contingent upon having the right teammates and a nurturing environment, asserting that Bayern Munich provides such conditions for Olise. With his teammates supporting him, Dreesen believes Olise can perform at the highest level and potentially earn the prestigious individual accolade.",
