"account": "Apple's new $2,000+ foldable iPhone Duo's success hinged on its hinge design - and that hinge is now causing issues. Internal screens on the pricey devices are reportedly cracking just hours after unboxing, and the culprit appears to be a faulty hinge. In response, Apple has acknowledged the problem and pledged to replace the damaged units. The hinge's design was reportedly aided by AI algorithms, according to Apple's Chief Hardware Officer Johny Srouji. During manufacturing, AI was used to precisely match each hinge to its housing, ensuring perfect alignment and eliminating residual waviness. However, the hinge's design may be the problem, with some tech experts noting that a center support bar isn't retracting far enough, causing stress on the flexible inner screen.",
